The thrill of getting a camera for my 11th birthday, developing that first film and seeing the results has never left me. The technology may have moved on, but there’s still little better than watching peoples’ faces light up on seeing beautiful images.

A Member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, and long-established portrait photographer, I’m able to capture people in their ‘best light’.

Being a real people-person, I love that my job brings me into contact with others at special moments in their lives. At weddings, parties and conferences I’m able to mix with guests to get candid shots, while still being as invisible as possible to let you focus on your special day. However, as a retired serviceman, I’m equally comfortable taking charge and rounding-up people (in the most polite way!) for those more formal pictures.

My experience with both camera and editing desk means I’m able to offer a range of styles, from soft and dreamy fine-art, through to more dramatic black & white, documentary style images.
